City linked to Blackpool defender
Defender Dekel Keinan is reported to be close to a move to Cardiff City. The 26 year old was reported to have already signed for the Bluebirds but the Daily Mail may have been a bit previous.There definately seems to be a link to the Israeli international but there are conflicting reports as to whether he would be a loan player (how many more of those can we have) or as stated elsewhere a two and a half year contract.Watch this space.
