The 25-year-old already has eight goals in all competitions as he prepares to face former employers and fellow promotion rivals Newcastle on Sunday, making him the top goalscorer across all four of England's professional divisions. But he set himself a target of 30 this term and he is in no mood to stop as he looks to achieve another other main target this season - promotion to the Premier League. "Twenty two to go, I've got a lot of belief in my ability and a lot of confidence at the minute," Chopra told CardiffCityPlayer. "This season is going to be a big year for me and I had to really kick on. If we wanted to put last year's disappointment behind us then we needed to get off to a good start." Praising his team-mates, Chopra added: "They're the ones that create chances and they've been working hard, basically I've got the easy job to do and stick the ball in the back of the net, people might say that's the hardest bit but I'm a striker and that's what I get paid to do."
