Cardiff winding-up order dismissed

The club were given 70 days to settle the unpaid bill of £1.2m, on November 25, the day that Malaysian businessman Datuk Chan Tien Ghee joined the club's board.[LNB]However, the club have since come to an agreement with Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs.[LNB]A statement on the club's official website said: "We can confirm that the High Court has formally dismissed the winding-up order that had previously been brought by HMRC. This was as a result of amicable discussions between the Club and HMRC. We are grateful for their co-operation and support."[LNB][LNB]
