Cardiff City are Champions

Not even a late Burnley equaliser can dampen City's title party as the Bluebirds win the Championship.

FT Burnley 1 - 1 Cardiff.

Unbeaten now in six matches City have cantered to the title with two games to play.

The point could also be crucial for Burnley who are just above the relegation zone. But all the attention is on Cardiff City.

Craig Conway scored City's goal in the 27th min. A first half dominated by the Bluebirds and the lead was well deserved.

Burnley changed their system for the seond half and despite looking a little more threatening were still poor.

But the lack of a second goal for Cardiff though cost them a win when Burnley headed a 91st min equaliser but it did not stop the Bluebirds from winning the Championship title.

The crazy scenes at the end of the match saw the full City travelling party in a massive huddle before the players danced away to the City fans songs and Malky was given 'the bumps'.

Next up City face Bolton at CCS before a final day away trip to Hull.
