Travel information for the voucher exchange before next Saturday's match at Ashton Gate.

On behalf of Bristol City Football Club, working in partnership with Cardiff City Football Club, Avon & Somerset Constabulary and the South Wales Police, please note the following instructions for the voucher/ticket exchange that will apply to all Cardiff City supporters attending this NPower Championship fixture at the Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol, on Saturday 10th March 2012 (kick-off 17:20pm).All supporters should use the A403 to get to the RV point at Poplar Way West, Cabot Park, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YH. Bristol City FC officials & A&S Police officers will be at this location to facilitate the voucher/ticket exchange. On entering Poplar Way West, supporters should drive down to the roundabout, then come back towards the A403 and park as directed by stewards on the nearside of the road. A representative from each vehicle can then exchange their vouchers for valid match tickets from the Bristol City officials at this location. Once the vouchers have been exchanged, supporters can make their own way to the Ashton Gate Stadium. All supporters are requested to turn left onto the A403 towards Avonmouth and then follow the A4 from the Crowley roundabout all the way in towards Bristol (with the river on your right hand side), go under the Clifton Suspension Bridge, then up onto the elevated section of the A3029 (signposted Bristol Airport & A38) travelling away from Bristol, then bear left on the A3029 to access the area of the stadium which will be on your left hand side. (Note: coaches will be parked in the main Winterstoke car park at the stadium and may be guided in. However, there is no on-site parking facility for private vehicles at the stadium, so local parking facilities and street parking should be utilised)The voucher/ticket RV point will be open between 15:00pm and 16:15pm and the away stand at the Ashton Gate Stadium will be open from 15:15pm. It is hoped that the time spent at the RV point will be minimal before supporters can depart to the stadium. At the end of the match, the Cardiff City supporters may be asked to remain in their stand for a short period of time for the safety of all spectators before returning to their vehicles to depart. It is likely that the coaches attending will depart the stadium car park together once full.DIRECTIONS TO THE VOUCHER/TICKET RV POINT:1. M4 east to J232. M48 east (to use the Old Severn Bridge) 3.
