Bothroyd linked to Everton
That seemed to be about the only piece of gossip in the tabloids this weekend. The Welsh press are all falling over themselves to build up Swanselona ahead of thier play off final this afternoon at Wembley. The News of the World were strong on linking Bothroyd to Everton but there have also been links to Celtic as well. As for the player himself, well he's saying nothing other than to report on Twitter that he's off to play golf in the rain today. At the end of last week Michael Chopra was linked to Ipswich, managed now by Paul Jewell. Chopra was linked to Ipswich previously when Roy Keane was in charge.
