Bothroyd happy at Cardiff

Jay Bothroyd has reitterated how happy he is at Cardiff City. Speaking ahead of the visit of Burnley to the CCS, the City striker was in a happy frame of mind as he chatted with the press. There was plenty of speculation during January if Bothroyd would be leaving but he didn't and is aiming for the Premier League with the Bluebirds. I think it's obvious though that Jay will move to the Premier league with someone else if Cardiff fail to make it. "I'm happy to stay at Cardiff," said 24-goal Bothroyd. "I love it here - I've always said that - I love the fans and I suppose I owe a lot to Cardiff. "I feel like I've been a good servant to the club. Someone said to me yesterday it was my 150th game at the club [against Scunthorpe on Saturday] and that's a proud moment for me. "The biggest prize now is now whether I'm leaving or staying, it's about getting to the Premier League with Cardiff. That's what we want to do, that's the direction we are going." Bothroyd was asked about his Twitter account @jaybothroyd and more specifically could Dave Jones use Twitter but Bothroyd said "He's a bit too old for that." Extra training coming up for Jay I think.
