Bluebirds to check on duo

Cardiff will assess both Michael Chopra and Aaron Ramsey as they look to get back to winning ways at home to in-form Leicester. Striker Chopra missed Saturday`s 2-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest with an ankle injury, reported by some sources as a fracture, but it is not believed to be as serious and manager Dave Jones does not expect him to be a long-term concern. On-loan midfielder Ramsey also sat out at the City Ground with a thigh problem and requires a fitness test, with both players "touch and go" to face the Foxes according to Jones. A couple of faces missed training on Sunday due to illness and will be monitored, along with full-back Paul Quinn who came out of Saturday`s game with a tight calf to go with a hamstring problem he shrugged off ahead of the clash. Cardiff surrendered an unbeaten seven-match league run versus Forest and they will now come up against Sven-Goran Eriksson`s resurgent Leicester, who have won seven of their previous eight. It will be Leicester`s first visit to the Welsh capital since last May when they lost 5-3 on penalties in a dramatic shootout to settle a wonderful play-off semi-final, which ended 3-3 over the two legs.
