Bluebirds swoop to sign Quinn
Quinn rose through the youth ranks at the Scottish Premier League side but has signed a three-year deal with the Bluebirds after the two clubs agreed a fee on Friday.
Quinn told the Cardiff's official website: "It's nice to get the deal done and I'm delighted to be here.
"After speaking to Cardiff and coming down to see the new stadium,
I was sure this was where I wanted to be.
"I'm just looking forward to getting settled in Cardiff now and starting pre-season training.
"It'll be great to meet all the lads and start work and I'm really looking forward to starting the new season."
