Attention in the Welsh capital is firmly fixed on what Jones has in mind after many fans were left calling for his head following Cardiff's final-day collapse against Sheffield Wednesday.[LNB]Pivotal to his success next season will be his stance on star assets Joe Ledley, Roger Johnson and Ross McCormack, with Jones previously insisting he will only sell if it is "right for the football club".[LNB]Captain Ledley, who is out of contract next summer, has repeatedly expressed his desire to play in the Premier League at some stage, with Stoke and Everton well-documented admirers of the Wales international.[LNB]Jones will reportedly look to offer the 22-year-old a new deal to keep him at his boyhood club, but if he does not accept then he could be on his way out this summer before he fetches merely a compensation fee in 12 months time.[LNB]Sunderland have got their eyes on centre-back Johnson and sent a scout to the final home game against Ipswich to run the rule over him, while McCormack's goalscoring exploits are sure to attract attention.[LNB][LNB]
