Relations at all levels have been strained of late as the club's well-documented financial struggles hit the headlines, with the spending of promised transfer funds acquired from over 10,000 supporters via the recent season ticket incentive leading to protests.[LNB]City have already raised much-needed funds via the sale of land and are reportedly in talks on a daily basis regarding sponsorship and external investment opportunities, but they have also called on fans to pull together as part of a collected effort to secure financial stability.[LNB]Cardiff's official website read: "While there are 10,000 supporters who have already made their commitment to next season for which we are grateful, there are still some 6,000+ current season ticket holders who are still to renew.[LNB]"In looking for external investment we are concerned to demonstrate the strength of our supporter base. We clearly recognise the recent negative publicity surrounding the club has given some supporters cause for concern, however it is now extremely important that we move on and work together to secure the future success of this football club.[LNB]"As part of this it is important that as many existing, as well as new season ticket holders, purchase their ticket for next season before the end of March."[LNB][LNB]
