Blake set for Wales debut

Cardiff`s Darcy Blake will make his international bow in Switzerland on Tuesday night as Wales look to salvage their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign. The versatile 21-year-old is more used to a midfield role with the Bluebirds nowadays but will win his first cap at right-back with defenders Chris Gunter and Sam Ricketts suspended. Blake comes in for what really is a must-win Group G qualifier in Basle following Friday`s 1-0 defeat to Bulgaria at the Cardiff City Stadium. Caretaker manager Brian Flynn said: "Darcy will play at right-back. I've seen a lot of him in that position and I like him there." Wales also have young Cardiff right-back Adam Matthews within their ranks and he will be hoping for a place on the bench having failed to make Flynn`s matchday 18 on Friday.
