The 21-year-old midfielder was sent out on loan to Plymouth earlier in the season and he admits that spell acted as a wake-up call and he is determined to improve every aspect of his game.[LNB]Blake has already showed plenty of encouraging signs and his recent performance in Saturday's 1-0 win over Middlesbrough earned big praise from manager Dave Jones.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "When I wasn't playing, my lifestyle off the pitch wasn't too good, and obviously, if it wasn't too good there, it wasn't too good here in training and on the pitch. [LNB]"I've gone away, sorted that out, come back, kept it going and I'm feeling fit, fresh and ready to go.[LNB]"It's brilliant to be back here as part of the Cardiff City set-up. My time at Plymouth was good as well and I've come back a better player. I didn't have many games there, but my attitude has changed and everything is going right.[LNB]"I've spoken to the manager about timekeeping and diet and about how little things can make a big difference, and now I realise what I have to do."[LNB][LNB]
