Cardiff City were the 6th best supported team away from home in last seasons Championship. On average Cardiff took 1,501 fans to away matches in the Championship. Incredibly that's less than half the numbers that Leeds took. They averaged 3,484 away fans at each game last season. After Leeds came Forest, Norwich, Leicester and QPR before City in 6th place. The worst supported side in the Football League away from home were Morecambe. They managed to take and average of 123 fans to each League 2 game. The worst Championship team were Scunthorpe. Cardiff's average attendance of 23,157 was the 6th highest in the division. The most fans City took to an away game was 3,344. Look here for the full stats report
