City's Academy manager has made the step up to league management and has appointed former City player Neil Cox as his assistant.<br><br>
Ardley, a former Wimbledon player, has been City's Academy manager for the past five years.<br><br>
City must appoint a new youth academy manager and Malky Mackay said today: "We will start work on that now and make a decision as soon as possible."
