Brad Halliday remains suspended as Cambridge host Grimsby

Cambridge manager Shaun Derry has no fresh injury or suspension concerns as they welcome Grimsby in Sky Bet League Two on Saturday.

Defender Leon Legge is available after he missed the 1-1 draw with Blackpool last weekend due to suspension.

Legge picked up a second yellow card in the 2-1 win over Accrington at the beginning of the month in the same game Brad Halliday was dismissed.

Halliday remains on the sidelines as he sits out his second match for the ban he received as the U's look to extend their unbeaten run to five league games.

Grimsby boss Paul Hurst will have only Sean McAllister and Ashley Chambers unavailable as they close in on returns from injury.

Midfielder McAllister has made only three senior appearances for the cub since his summer arrival from Scunthorpe, but played 45 minutes for the reserves in midweek after shaking off a persistent groin problem, but Saturday's game will come too soon for him.

Winger Chambers also remains on the sidelines with a badly-gashed thigh suffered during the 3-0 home defeat by Hartlepool on October 1, although he is due to have staples removed from the wound soon.

Dean Henderson and Rhys Browne are available once again following their returns from international duty with England Under-20s and Antigua and Barbuda respectively.
