Cambridge looking strong for Shaun Derry's home bow

Shaun Derry goes into his first home match as Cambridge boss with few injury worries and bolstered by the double loan signing of Terry Kennedy and Ben Williamson.

Striker Williamson has joined from Gillingham, while defender Kennedy has switched to the Abbey Stadium from Sheffield United.

Defender Elliot Omozusi is doubtful with an ankle injury but could yet feature.

Midfielder Keith Keane (groin) is a long-term absentee, while right-back Alie Sesay has returned to parent-club Leicester following his loan.

Accrington will benefit from on-loan Middlesbrough defender Brad Halliday's decision to extends his stay until January.

The 20-year-old has made five appearances since his arrival and the team have won three and lost just once in that spell.

Captain Dean Winnard was forced off with injury last weekend on his return from suspension so his replacement Anthony Barry could well be in line for his first league start since August.

Striker Shay McCartan returns from international duty with Northern Ireland Under-21s.
