Ben Williamson double helps Cambridge see off in-form Yeovil

Ten-man Yeovil's four-match winning run came to a juddering halt as they lost 3-0 at Cambridge.

The Glovers' afternoon had already got off to a dreadful start when Ben Williamson gave the U's a fourth-minute lead, sweeping home from close range after Harrison Dunk's cross was diverted into his path by Josh Coulson.

Liam Walsh was then sent off after 16 minutes for raising his hands to James Dunne after being penalised for a foul on the same player.

Only a good save by Artur Krysiak prevented Zeli Ismail from making it 2-0, the Yeovil goalkeeper doing well to push the midfielder's free-kick wide.

Williamson doubled the lead in first-half added-on time, tapping home at the far post from Dunk's whipped delivery from the left flank.

After Williamson twice missed from Dunk deliveries and then saw an effort ruled out for offside, Jimmy Spencer finally made it 3-0 three minutes from time.

Yet again Dunk was the provider and substitute Spencer converted the rebound after his own header was well saved by Krysiak.
