Wroe makes Shakers switch

Bury manager Chris Casper has opted to sign Barnsley midfielder Nicky Wroe on a month's loan.

The 21-year-old, who came through the youth team ranks at Oakwell, impressed the Shakers boss in a Gigg Lane trial this week.

Wroe has made 59 appearances for the Tykes and scored one goal.

However, he has been restricted to only three substitute appearances in the Championship this term.

Meanwhile, Blackpool have recalled Matthew Blinkhorn from his loan spell with the club.
