Defender David Buchanan believes Bury are showing signs of stringing together a successful season.
The Shakers left-back believes the players' reaction to last weekend's 1-1 draw with Rochdale highlights the belief currently in the camp.
Alan Knill's side had won their three previous League Two games after an impressive start to the new season.
"If you'd have asked us at the start of the season if we would take ten points from the first four games of the season, everyone would have taken it," said Buchanan.
"The good thing is that there were a few unhappy faces after the Rochdale game because we only came away with a point, but that draw was a fair result against a good side.
"It shows how far we have come since the gaffer came in.
"We're starting to belief in ourselves. We know we're a good bunch of lads that can play good football."
