Bury manager Chris Casper has snapped up Barnsley's teenage striker Nathan Jarman on a month's loan.
The 19-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Tykes last season after coming through the club's Academy system.
He made his debut for Andy Ritchie's side last term - in the 3-2 defeat at Oldham - and has made 17 appearances for the first team, although all but one of them has been from the substitute's bench.
Ritchie told Barnsley's official website: "He needs the chance to go out and play games and get experience of first-team football.
"We'll have his progress watched and Bury is only a 15-minute drive from where I live so I can nip over to keep an eye on him if they have a midweek game."
