Shakers move for Kennedy

Bury have snapped up Middlesbrough midfielder Jason Kennedy on a month's loan.

Kennedy, 20, has previously spent time on loan with the Shakers' League Two rivals Boston United this season where he made 14 appearances.

The Boro academy graduate has also made four first-team appearances for the Premiership club.

Meanwhile, Bury boss Chris Casper has urged disgruntled fans not to take their frustration out on the players during Saturday's clash with Grimsby Town.

"I can understand the anger and frustration amongst the fans, but please don't target the players with it," he appealed on the club's official website.

"Target me with it. It's the players that will get us out of this.

"We have 12 massive games left and we need all the support that we can get."
