Shakers would compete in League One - Knill
Bury boss Alan Knill believes last weekend`s FA Cup defeat to Peterborough proved his side would be able to cope in League One.
The Shakers are currently third in League Two and were unfortunate to lose 2-1 to a Posh side who were in the Championship last term.
Knill said: "Of course I'm disappointed that we lost and that we are out of the FA Cup, but we proved that we can at least compete at League One level."
