Shakers breeze past depleted Dale
Bury cruised to a 3-0 victory over an inexperienced Rochdale side at Gigg Lane.
Dale, who claimed a 1-1 draw with Premier League outfit Bolton on Saturday, fielded a team made up of trialists and youth team players.
Andy Haworth pounced on a mistake by Matt Flynn to put Bury ahead in the 19th minute before he turned provider for Andy Bishop to nod home a second 10 minutes before half-time and Michael Jones added a third late on.
