Andy Bishop, Andy Morrell, Danny Carlton, Tom Elliott, David Worrall and Damien Allen are all sidelined for the foreseeable future, stretching Knill's resources almost to breaking point. But youngsters like Danny Racchi, Cameron Belford and Richie Baker have impressed since being thrown into the firing line, not least in Saturday's 2-1 win over Rotherham. Knill told the Bury times: "If we lose players it will give other lads the chance to play and they never seem to let me down when they are thrown in. "People like Racchi have come in and he was excellent on Saturday. He has got ability and just needs a bit more belief in himself. He will only get better and better."
