Knill without key men against Rovers

Strikers Andy Bishop (groin), Andy Morrell (ankle) and Danny Carlton (Achilles) all remain sidelined through injury and will not feature against John Barnes's lowly League One outfit. Shakers skipper Paul Scott will again miss out after a thigh injury sustained in training ruled him out of the past three games. Midfielder Damien Allen also sits out due to a groin strain but the Shakers are in buoyant mood after winning three and drawing one of their last four matches. Looking ahead to Tranmere's visit, Knill said: "We're a young team, and we can only improve."
