Manager Alan Knill believes that Bury have banished the fear of relegation with their fine recent run of form.
The Shakers have won five of their last seven games to move up into mid-table security, having been in trouble when Knill took charge in February.
He told the Manchester Evening News: "We may be safe now, but I want to win the last five games.
"That is a marker for next season and I think that it is important for the supporters.
"We have to have a winning mentality. We have five games left and I want 15 points.
"That's 16 points in a month now and we are the form team in the division. It is also four clean sheets out of the last five, which is massive."
