Bury manager Alan Knill has urged his side to keep up their fine form and maintain their position among the League two front-runners.
The Shakers have won four and drawn two of their opening six league games this season, to leave them in second place in the fledgling table.
Knill said after the 3-1 win over Lincoln City: "Six games are nothing, there's a long way to go, but you've got to be happy with four wins and two draws.
"If we're getting the same level of performance in 40 games' time, then fantastic.
"But all you can do is beat whoever is in front of you each Saturday and so far we're doing pretty well."
