Knill wants to add to his squad

Knill also played down speculation linking him with a move for goalkeeper Mark Tyler, who enjoyed a brief loan spell at Gigg Lane last term. "My priority was the two strikers, now we have one sorted we will move on though I do have the majority of the squad," Knill told the club's official website. "I just need probably two, maybe even three as competition just like we had last year. "The budget will be more or less the same as last season. We have some trialists coming in for pre-season with us and like last year they have a good chance of getting something. On Tyler, he added: "I saw the story regarding Mark Tyler but I haven't spoken to him since he left us. He was great for us when he was here but we do have a good keeper already in Wayne Brown. "He's got another year left with an option after that so there is no movement on Mark Tyler."
