Knill upbeat despite defeat

Bury boss Alan Knill remained upbeat despite his side's 1-0 defeat to Bradford. Omar Daley scored the only goal of the game on 30 minutes from the penalty spot after Owain Fon Williams brought down Jason Price in the area. "We played well but the only thing that was missing was a goal," said Knill. "They made it difficult for us, of course we knew that would happen, but we still managed to move the ball well despite the conditions. "The result is disappointing but I can't fault the performance and I won't be having a go at the players. "We just have to move on now. Three defeats in 14 games isn't the end of the world. We are still a good team and we are still capable of playing and passing as well as any team in this division."
