Knill: Players need to improve
The Shakers are desperate to end a sequence of three successive League Two defeats which has left them languishing in the lower reaches of the table.
Knill's men have lost every game at Gigg Lane so far this season and have yet to even score a goal on home soil.
"We just have to carry on and hope it gets better," said Knill. "We can prepare and give them instructions, we give them everything on the opposition that they need.
"But once they are on that pitch, you have to take responsibility for your own actions."
