Knill not happy with Rouse's attitude

The 19-year-old was left out for the 1-0 home defeat by Grimsby on Saturday despite impressing in the previous game against Hereford. "We see his talent but, sooner or later, it can't be somebody else's fault. You've got to take responsibility for your own actions and, until he does, he's always going to let you down. It takes more than talent to be a player," Knill told BBC Radio Manchester. "Domaine left himself out. He did really well on Tuesday against Hereford but since then he hasn't done well. "We've got a real close group of players that do everything that's asked of them, but Domaine's kind of done his own thing and decided that's the way he wants to go. "But that's not the way the team goes. It is very frustrating because we've really backed him and helped him when others would have - with some of the stuff that's happened here - launched him out of the club a long time ago."
