Knill: I cannot accept what I saw

Robert Grant pounced on two Bury errors in the last seven minutes to snatch a morale-boosting 2-0 victory for cash-strapped Accrington, who were last week told they have eight weeks to pay a £308,000 tax bill or face a winding-up order. Knill said: "I'm angry more than disappointed. We played so poorly we would have taken 0-0, but then we gave them two shocking goals at the end, which turned a poor performance into a very poor one. "We had some chances but had they gone in it would have glossed things over. We never really looked like winning it. From start to finish I can't think of any positives and I can't accept what I saw. "I picked a team I thought was good enough to win it and they weren't. We're six games in now and we have to do something quickly. "It's tough at the moment, but we have to have strong characters to get through it."
