Bury manager Alan Knill was delighted with the way his side bounced back from their midweek league defeat to send Exeter crashing out of the FA Cup with a 2-0 win. Efe Sodje headed Bury into a 28th-minute lead and Tom Lees fired home a second in the 53rd minute to upset their npower League One opponents. Knill said: "It was a good performance and against a good side too. They came here to pass the ball and we had to be patient, but we kept our shape well and kept it together. "In fact I think we should have won by more. I was disappointed when it was only 1-0 at half-time. It was a great header for the first goal, though, and a good reaction from Tom Lees for the second. "What more can you say? We've turned in a great performance against a side from a higher division."
