Knill expects good performance

Bury boss Alan Knill is confident his side can bounce back from their midweek defeat to Bradford when they host Exeter in the FA Cup first round on Saturday. The Shakers were on the receiving end of a 1-0 defeat to Bradford on Tuesday but Knill could find few complaints about their performance. And he is confident his men can get a positive result against the League One Grecians. He said: "Exeter are a good side from a league above us and it's a different shape to come against. "It's a good test for us but if our performance is as good as it was on Tuesday night, then I think we can give Exeter a game. We are at home and it's a good game for us."
