Elliott return gives Shakers boost
Damian Allen and Ryan Cresswell are approaching full fitness after injury and could also play some part at Blundell Park.[LNB]But Andy Bishop has suffered a setback in his recovery from an operation to repair both abductor muscles and remain sidelined with fellow frontman Danny Carlton.[LNB]Carlton is expected back in late January to early February as he recovers from a serious Achilles injury.[LNB]Knill is expecting his players to step up their promotion challenge now that players are returning from injury.[LNB]The Shakers are only out of the play-off places on goal difference and Knill said: "Now there are no excuses because we have players back."[LNB][LNB]
