Casper's plea to cup heroes

Bury boss Chris Casper wants his side to emulate their shock 2-0 Carling Cup win against Championship outfit Sunderland to start picking up points in League Two.
The Shakers are bottom of the table having lost their opening four games of the campaign, but they finally gave the Gigg Lane faithful something to cheer when late goals from John Fitzgerald and Andy Bishop saw off the Black Cats.
Bury were helped by the fact Sunderland new boy Arnau Riera was red carded on three minutes for catching Richie Baker in the face with his trailing arm, but Casper was still delighted with his players.
He said: "It was an important win, just what we needed and hopefully it will kick-start our season.
"It was a heck of a performance, they went down to 10 men but you still have to open them up.
"Now we have to back it up with the same kind of result and performance on Saturday and it will be worth it."
