Casper stands by Shakers

Bury manager Chris Casper has vowed to keep faith in his Shakers squad, despite their horror run in recent weeks.

The Shakers are without a win in their last nine league games, with their last success coming in mid-December with a 2-0 victory at home to Stockport County.

However, Casper told the Bury Times: "I'll work in the same style as I always do.

"I'm very positive, I never get on peoples' backs because I couldn't get the best out of them if I did that.

"At the same time people need to stand up and get us out of this rut."
