Late test for Mills

Pablo Mills will be assessed for out-of-sorts Bury when they welcome York to the JD Stadium.

The defender pulled out of the trip to Luton on Tuesday night because of a recurrence of his groin troubles.

The Shakers, who have not won any of their previous seven fixtures in all competitions, will at least have loanees Adam El-Abd and Rob Milsom available again.

Keil O'Brien will hope to retain his place after making his debut in midweek, while Bolton loanee Hayden White (knee) provides another defensive option after returning to the bench at Luton.

York midfielder Luke Summerfield is back in contention following illness and boss Russ Wilcox has no new injury concerns.

Summerfield missed last week's home defeat to AFC Wimbledon but is pushing for a recall to the side, while on-loan Norwich striker Carlton Morris is hoping to make his first start for the club after two substitute appearances.

Another loanee, Middlesbrough's Brad Halliday, made his first start last week and turned in a man-of-the-match display so is expected to resume at right-back in place of Marvin McCoy.

The Minstermen have yet to win at home this season, but are unbeaten in their last four league games on the road.
