Trio still waiting for debuts

Bury's three new signings will hope it is third time lucky as they aim to make their bows against Wycombe at the JD Stadium.

Midfielder Andrew Tutte and strike duo Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro and Clive Platt have all had to wait to pull on a Bury shirt for the first time following the postponements against Accrington and Mansfield.

Had those two games been played, Danny Mayor would be returning from suspension but, instead, the midfielder will serve the second game of a three-match ban for the red card he picked up against Chesterfield.

The Shakers have released Marcos Navas and William Edjenguele since they last played a game on January 18.

Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth will assess forward Paris Cowan-Hall.

The 23-year-old is making good progress in his recovery from the knee injury which has kept him out of the last three matches, and he could return to the fold.

Jon-Paul Pittman is still struggling with a knee injury of his own and is unlikely to be fit enough to feature.

Steven Craig serves the final game of a three-match ban, while Charles Dunne (tibia) and Tommy Fletcher (thigh) remain sidelined.
