Nathan Cameron returns to contention for Bury's meeting with Crewe

Bury skipper Nathan Cameron will return to contention for the home meeting with Crewe.

Cameron missed Saturday's 1-0 derby win at Oldham due to a one-game ban following his dismissal in the recent FA Cup penalty shootout win at Bradford.

Manager David Flitcroft, who has no major new injury worries, must decide whether to recall Cameron to his starting line-up or stick with Peter Clarke at the heart of defence.

Blackburn loanee John O'Sullivan, fellow midfielder Craig Jones and striker Danny Rose are pushing for recalls after stepping off the bench at the weekend, with the latter two shaking off concussion and a back problem respectively.

Crewe will be without Billy Bingham and midfield partner James Jones is rated doubtful.

Bingham sustained a minor hamstring injury in Saturday's 1-1 home draw with Wigan, while Jones took a knock to his leg and will be monitored.

Captain Harry Davis is hoping to be given the go ahead by a London specialist to return to training later this week following his long-term knee injury.

Midfielder Ryan Wintle (foot), defender George Ray and striker Lauri Dalla Valle (both ankle) remain sidelined.
