Bournemouth look to tame Wylde

New loan signing Gregg Wylde will go straight into Bury's squad to face Bournemouth at Gigg Lane.

The former Rangers midfielder has signed a one-month loan deal with the Shakers having been allowed to leave Bolton by Trotters boss Dougie Freedman.

Kevin Blackwell will hope Wylde can be an immediate replacement for Dominic Poleon who returned to parent club Leeds this week.

Wolves defender Ethan Ebanks-Landell, 19, is expected to continue to deputise for the injured Adam Lockwood, having been handed his league debut in Tuesday's 2-1 win at Scunthorpe.

Blackwell will be made to continue without striker Lenell John-Lewis (hamstring) who remains a fortnight away from first-team football.

Forward pair David Healy (calf) and Andy Bishop (foot) will have to prove their fitness after missing recent games, while Phil Picken (knee) is a long-term absentee.

Bournemouth's returning hero Brett Pitman will go straight into contention after signing a loan deal until January with a view to a permanent deal.

The Bristol City striker, who scored 62 goals in 197 appearances for the Cherries before moving to Ashton Gate in 2010, was paraded in front of the club's supporters at half-time on Tuesday night and is ready to feature at Gigg Lane.

Eddie Howe is very unlikely to make many changes to a side that are yet to taste defeat since the former Burnley boss returned to the south coast. The manager could even name an unchanged XI after his side came through the 1-1 draw with Stevenage unscathed.

Bournemouth are now 11th in npower League One and are eight League games unbeaten.
