Bullock rejects Shakers deal

Midfielder Lee Bullock has decided to return to Hartlepool United rather than moving to Bury on a permanent deal.

The 26-year-old former York City and Cardiff City player had been offered a contract by the Shakers after impressing during a loan spell at Gigg Lane.

"That's his decision and, as they're a division above us, you can understand that," director of football Keith Alexander told Bury's official website.

Bullock made eight League Two appearances for the Lancashire side after joining the club in October and had a loan spell at Mansfield Town earlier in the campaign.
