Buchanan signs for Hamilton
Hamilton have confirmed the signing of former Bury left-back David Buchanan.
The 24-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the Clydesdale Bank Premier League club after his Gigg Lane contract expired.
Former Northern Ireland Under-21 international Buchanan left Bury earlier this month after the club signed a replacement when he failed to respond to their contract offer in time.
Buchanan, who made 215 appearances for the npower League Two club, joined Rochdale on trial but then moved to Accies, where he impressed manager Billy Reid in training and pre-season friendlies.
