Bury striker Andy Bishop has warned the rest of League Two that the Shakers can still improve in the coming weeks.
Bishop's side have won three and drawn two of their opening five league games this season and the in-demand frontman is expecting that run of form to continue.
He told the Bury Times: "The club is a lot stronger this season, but the team still has to gel. We're not at full throttle at the moment, so hopefully over the next few months we will start to get there.
"We go into every game thinking we are going to win. We want the games to keep coming and we can keep winning them.
"The way we are set up, we are starting to learn the formation better and hopefully it will keep going.
"Whoever is going to work the hardest and work together as a team will come out on top at the end of the season in this league."
