Bishop rejected offers from several other clubs after initially stalling contract talks with the Shakers, but the 26-year-old is happy to remain at Gigg Lane for a further three-and-a-half years.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "I have had a few offers from different clubs from all different levels of the game. It has weighed on my mind a bit but I am glad that I've made the decision to stay.[LNB]"I've had offers from down South and everywhere, but this has been a family decision. I've been here three years now, I enjoy it and I'm finally going to move to Bury now as well.[LNB]"I said with the last contract that if I get another here I would move here, so now that I have signed it I will be moving over. I'm even coming over on Wednesday house hunting.[LNB]"The club is moving in the right direction and that was a massive thing for me. There were clubs in higher divisions coming in for me. Every player has to have the ambition to play at a higher level, but I can see us getting to that higher level in the next couple of years, and that was a massive part of the decision to stay."[LNB][LNB]
