Andy Bishop struck twice as Bury claimed a surprise 4-0 friendly win over Leeds at Gigg Lane.
Leeds, who were without Billy Paynter, Richard Naylor, Jason Crowe, Lloyd Sam and Alan Martin, did have the ball in the net after nine minutes but play was called back for an infringement.
But it was Bury who took the lead after 36 minutes when Ryan Lowe fired a shot into the top corner before fellow Danny Carlton poked forward for Bishop to take two touches and fire the ball home after 65 minutes.
Carlton then got himself on the scoresheet when he fired home from Danny Hudson's pass five minutes from time. Bishop added his second in the final minute from the penalty spot.
