Allen completes move to Shakers
The 22-year-old midfielder has been training with the Shakers and has persuaded manager Alan Knill to offer him a deal.
"He is infectuous in training and his attitiude is first class," Knill told his club's official website.
"He is fitter than anybody else, he always wants the ball and technically he is very good."
Knill has yet to make a decision on trialist Simon Johnson but has confirmed defender Bryon Webster has left Gigg Lane to join Championship side Doncaster on trial.
