Burton Albion player-manager Nigel Clough was delighted to see his side end a run of three straight defeats, as they snatched a point deep into injury time at home to Chester.
An Aaron Webster penalty in the fifth minute of time added-on meant the Eton Park encounter ended 1-1, with Clough pleased with the Brewers' fighting spirit.
He told the Derby Evening Telegraph: "That's as good a point as we've gained all season.
"We were hugely relieved to get a point, but over the 90 minutes we felt we just about deserved it.
"They stepped it up in the second half and played very well, but we were a bit disappointed not to go in one up.
"Just to end that sequence of losses was very important and everyone has walked out of the dressing room with a spring in their step."
