Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido has hinted that he could make a permanent move for trialist Lewis Young after he impressed in the 5-2 friendly win over Mickleover Sports.
Young is without a club after being released by Championship side Watford and the Burton supremo is keeping his eye on him.
Speaking to the club's official website, Peschisolido said: "We're going to experiment a little bit with a few formations and Lewis was a bright spark for us.
"I was very pleased with his overall play and he took his goal well. He also set up another of our goals. I have been fortunate so far because we have had some really good trialists, some young hungry players and that is what we want.
"Lewis has been at Watford and when I spoke to Malky (Mackay) he said that they had let him go because they have got to look after every penny.
"Money is tight there but he recommended him to me and said that he just needs someone to put their arm round him sometimes but that he can play a bit and we saw that."
